This site is an attempt to provide leaders with some tools for continuously strengthening their leadership and renewing their organizations.
Whether you lead a commercial, government, or voluntary organization, the same principle applies: everything in organizations comes down to people, and everything about people comes down to leadership.
Non-profit organizations, especially, must find new, practical ways to identify resources, enlist volunteers and inspire their members to greater service.
